National Oatmeal Muffin Day: A Recipe From Our team

We don’t know about you, but we love a fresh batch of oatmeal muffins. We do know that not all muffins are created equally, which is why we want to celebrate National Oatmeal Muffin Day with a recipe from our team.
Banana Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Muffins
Ingredients:
1 ½ Cups Flour
1 Cup Oatmeal
2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tbs Cinnamon
1 tsp Cardamon
½ Cup Chocolate Chips
¼ Brown Sugar or Honey or Maple Syrup
2-3 Very Ripe Bananas
2 Eggs
¼ Yogurt or Coconut Oil
¼ Milk
Directions:
- Let milk and eggs and any other cold ingredients reach room temperature
- Preheat oven to 350o F and spray muffin tin with non-stick spray
- Mash bananas
- Mix all wet ingredients in with the mashed bananas
- In a separate bowl blend all dry ingredients, leaving chocolate chips out
- Pour dry ingredients into the bowl of wet ingredients and blend thoroughly
- Mix in the chocolate chips
- Evenly distribute batter into the muffin tins
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until cooked all the way through
