Can You SEE the Difference? No, But You Can Smell It!

I could tease you and have you study the pictures and see if you could find the difference.  However, that would not be nice.  These pictures are of the same kitchen in a short term rental property.  The difference was not something you could see, it was something you could smell! 

A renter had smoked in the home and even though the homeowner had the carpets cleaned and gave the home a thorough wiping down, the cigarette smoke remained.

In this case,we were able to mitigate the smoke smell by addressing the source through using state of the art equipment and techniques. The homeowner was thrilled with the results and we were able to make it "Like it never even happened."
