Water Damage Requires More Than Evaporation

Water damage requires more than just relying on evaporation for drying.  We began this water damage mitigation by extracting the standing water- and there was a lot of water at this property.  Once the standing water was removed, we began drying the walls, subfloors, and contents for the property owners.
