We Think of the Little Things

When you have a fire in your home, our IICRC Certified technicians determine the source of the fire and the type of smoke and soot that is left behind.  In the first picture, you will notice the dark dust particles on the blinds.  However, you are not looking at dust.  This is soot from a grease fire.  This soot is greasy and smears and requires a special technique to clean.  We were able to remediate and restore these blinds to like new!  When SERVPRO of South Mecklenburg County says it is "Like it never even happened." We have proof that we mean it!
