One of the best ways to feel better instantly? Laughing. We all feel better after laughing, whether at a funny movie or with family and friends, but did you know laughter can improve your mood long after you’ve stopped?
Laughing 15 minutes a day helps you feel better mentally, but did you know it's also important for physical health? People who laugh every day have better immune systems, reduced risk of heart attack and stroke, experience less pain, and live longer. All of those benefits can come from laughing for just 1% of your day.
